SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to prepare my order?

In general, barring force majeure, orders placed by 12:00 p.m. ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon ship the following Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you receive the confirmation email, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days* from the time your order is processed.

*Delivery may be delayed due to carrier service disruptions, force majeure, or public holidays.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?

To change your shipping address, simply contact our Customer Service as soon as possible at info@s001.world.

How do I cancel an order?

f you’ve placed an order but want to cancel it, just contact our Customer Service promptly at info@s001.world.
We’ll cancel your order without any problem.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How long do I have to return my order?

For online purchases, you may return items within 14 days from the order’s delivery date.
This period may be exceptionally extended in certain cases, such as during the holiday season.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and are therefore subject to the terms of the method selected at checkout.
